They were dry, cracked and bleeding from working on a painting art project with my preschool class. I cannot wear gloves as I am allergic to latex and the non-latex gloves also worsen my skin. Using the lotion brought relief to my skin. It doesn’t cover in a protective layer, but still helps keep my hands from completely suffering. Eventually, my hands healed (after the project). I also began using the lotion on my face. The lotion is light and definitely not greasy! I am sensitive to smells but it has a VERY mild scent. I also love that this lotion is gluten free (not certified). Lastly, so many moisturizing lotions contain lavender, of which I am highly allergic to (scent and topical) - this lotion does not!After our grocer stopped carrying Skin MD, I was so thankful to find it on Amazon! This time, I am also trying the Skin MD sunscreen SPF 15. It has the same light texture as the regular lotion. Since we really haven’t had any sunny days, I don’t know what how it will work for sun protection. The scent is different, but still light.The bottles are both just 4 oz. each, small enough to easily toss into my purse. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best skincare staple, ever *by K***G on Reviewed in the United States on September 4, 2020* an ex introduced me to SkinMD in 2015. At first she was fixated on the fluctuation of prices and I found it funny. Later, we were in Peru and I got sunburned. I was putting that awful Aloe/fake stuff on and it was drying me out worse. she slathered my in SkinMD for 2 days and the results were incredible. Now, I use it throughout the day, as a shielding lotion and also the SPF when I'm outdoors.
