Virtually identical in looks. The first one (from a different manufacturer) wouldn't even connect to my nighthawk - clearly the product wasn't TS9. This product did connect to the Nighthawk MR1100. The bad news is my signal got weaker instead of stronger. I tried it in multiple locations and tested the strength many times at different times. I think for some (maybe more) the product will work from what I have read. Unfortunately I am on the side where it doesn't. I will be returning. ### ⭐ Not for external use if you need magnetic mounts and very minimal gain, if any. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on November 5, 2019* To say that these antennas have magnetic bases is a stretch. The magnets are very weak and might stay put on top of a filing cabinet but that's all. The RG-174 is very, very lossy at GHz frequencies and only serve to provide very slight gain, if any. The Netgear Nighhawk MR-1100 does work quite well on its own, so these didn't seem to have any effect. The real deal breaker was the lack of magnetic strength. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Necessity for any hotspots *by G***I on Reviewed in the United States on October 8, 2019* I always have a Netgear Unite Pro with me for data connections for my laptop or tablet. While choosing the best carrier for my Unite Pro is a necessity this antenna is also one. When using the Antenna it speeds up my download and upload reducing that infuriating buffer wheel.
