Review: Great performance for the price! These skates have so much potential... - My first impressions when buying this product were quite dramatic once I had the chance to put these on and experience the smoothness and precision first-hand. It's quite shocking what you'll find in terms of quality on desertcart, and these didn't let me down for the price they were being sold at! Just like the last few reviews that gave this product a modest rating, I also felt these skates didn't disappoint in terms of quality and performance. From the moment I put them on my mouse and ran them across my desk, I was very surprised! They're far better than the stock feet that came with the Logitech G Pro Wireless, and you notice a difference in movement the moment you use them. They're pretty slick and glide so nicely upon the surface that it's quite a shocker you're getting these for a very reasonable price. This was the first purchase I've ever made for mouse feet, and I'm glad these weren't a drag (no pun intended)! That said, there are a few improvements I would make to this product to aid with its reception and perhaps compete with the popular "Tiger" and "Hyperglides" brands which have good reception in the mouse skate market. Firstly, I thoroughly enjoy its design! It's a pleasing and sleek white that lives up to its expectations and does what it's supposed to. Even so, I can't exactly see eye-to-eye with the name "Hyperslides." If you want to spark it up a bit, perhaps adding something more distinguishable such as a few more colors would help. White is still a very nice color choice, but maybe a few extras to the mix wouldn't be such a bad idea and would help distinguish your brand from others in the market. Not only would these skates offer better control, but they'd also complement the Logitech GPW mice with a nice color of choice. Secondly, applying the skates to the mouse was a relatively swift process (again, no pun intended). For a newcomer like me who's been introduced to mouse feet, putting these skates on was not difficult at all. It didn't take more than 10-15 minutes to install them and notice any difference in glide. Before purchasing these skates, I've already read the reviews on this product and even went a step further as to watching a few tutorials on the installation of other mouse skates. The procedure is very similar to what most have done, and I even took an extra step by carefully reading the instructions in the product's description and by comparing them in size and depth to the stock mouse feet for proper assurance. However, there seems to be a misconception in the community about how to install these. Some tutorials have mentioned using a blowdryer to melt the adhesive off of the stock skates which can help loosen them. Others have just used tweezers to pull them off. Some even recommended using a plastic tool to remove them, while others said it didn't matter. From what I've read in the reviews for this product, two people have advised on how and how not to install the skates. One went as far as saying to remove both layers of the stock feet, while the other said to only remove one layer. From my personal experience and research on the matter, I found that this may depend on whether or not your skates have a defect in size or if they were cut too thin/thick (in which case, you wanna reach out to the seller and get a replacement or a refund), but if they are slightly shorter from the edges, it shouldn't impact performance. As for the material to use when prying them off your mouse, it doesn't matter in my opinion as long as you're taking your time and not scraping into the plastic. If you want my advice: - Carefully remove both layers of the stock feet until you can see the screw holes. The middle of the mouse will not have any screws, so make sure you remove that extra layer beneath if it's still there. Tweezers might help greatly. If you don't have tweezers, you can still use something decently sized and sharp, but take your time and be careful. - Add some rubbing alcohol to a cotton swab or a cotton pad and remove as much adhesive from the mouse as possible. Let dry for a good 30-45 seconds or until the alcohol has evaporated. - Gently, and carefully, peel off the "Hyperslides" making sure not to bend them in the process. - Then lastly, try and center them as much as possible. The best trick I had was to carefully position one side of a skate with its respective slot and then very gently apply pressure across. The less pressure you add, the more room for error. Once you're happy with the alignment, you can apply some generous pressure and your skates should be all set and ready to go! It's as simple as that. This one last comment pertains to the branding of the skates itself, which I kind of get and don't get from a marketing perspective. While I understand the idea of using a name that's closest to the quality of the most expensive skates in the market, I would personally consider a rebrand as the name "Hyperslides" is very close to the extremely reputable "Hyperglides". Whether or not they were trying to be perceived as a knock-off brand or trying to make it clear that their quality is just one notch off from some of the best skates you could find, I feel this falls short from that assumption. These skates have so much potential, but if just a few more improvements were made to the product itself such as the packaging, the brand name, and perhaps addressing the misconceptions that many others have had regarding the size and installation I'm sure this wouldn't make anyone think twice about buying. I'm not saying it's a bad thing to have the item shipped off in a plastic bag, especially if you're on a budget, but when the name comes off as something slightly "corny", it might be better to put some more pride in the name and make an impression for your brand. The instructions are straight forward and to the point and the product works as advertised, but in the future, I'd highly suggest a different name that represents the "Hyperslides" brand and what it strives to be. I genuinely feel like these skates are an underrated gem, especially from an economical/quality standpoint, and that they deserve to be in the spotlight for what they're worth. An overview: Pros: - Smooth and glossy, made of PTFE grade material which is durable and slides well. - A nice color choice which makes these skates stand out on the Logitech GPW. - Comes with a pair of replacement feet in case the original bends/wears out. - Very good economical price for performance! Cons: - Broad reception that the skates are not properly cut to size/too thick or too thin; Although, I cannot verify if true or not as these skates have worked well for me and still look good when centered correctly. - Broad misconception on the installation of the skates; Instructions are clear and to the point in the product description, but doesn't address the issue of how many layers to remove which many have had an issue with (See my installation guide above. It might help you if you're a bit confused. If not, check out some other tutorials on YouTube for some extra guidance.) Overall, if you're thinking about buying these skates, read some reviews first. Do a bit of research on how to install mouse feet and use your judgment to determine if you've done something correctly. Make sure you have rubbing alcohol and a utensil handy. Once you've done some or all of the above and you're looking for some new skates, I'd recommend giving them a shot! For the price to performance, you really can't beat what these "Hyperglides" have to offer.
Review: Exceeded My Expectations - I didn't expect these knockoff hyperslides to be good but I was wrong. For $12 you cannot go wrong these are so much better than the stock feet that come with the GPW. The slide so much smoother on the mousepad. For Reference I have a Corsair MM300 Extended mousepad and it glides so much smoother than stock you will notice the difference right away. A couple things make sure when you remove the old feet you see the exposed screws to ensure that the feet sit flat. There is also a protective film on the feet I didn't notice that until later so make sure to take that off. Finally take your time its very easy to install but just take your time and this will be worth it. At $12 I cannot complain it exceeded my expectations and I was not going to pay $30- $40 for hyperglides. Amazing Definitely Worth the Purchase! No Regrets

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great mouse feet
*by G***0 on July 14, 2022*

After eyeing these mouse feet for my Logitech G Pro Wireless, I finally pulled the trigger. These are really easy to install, you simply remove your stock mouse feet and replace them with these. I had zero issues and my mouse glides just as good as it did before if not a little better. If you are like I was and waffling back and forth about getting these, pick yourself up a pair (they give you 2 sets!) you won't be disappointed.
