The back of the heel is incredibly rigid and angled in a way that causes blisters in short order. This didn’t change after several day of breaking them in and almost a whole box of bandaids. It does a great job of removing dead skin, and best thing yet is that there was no burning sensation that a lot of people seemed to have experienced. Make sure to follow the directions and not leave it on longer than the instructions say. I leave it for the full 10 mins twice a week.
