Golden makes an airbrush vehicle that is perfect for this type of dilemma . when you add the Golden to the paint keep in mind that less is more . As a rule I test the viscosity with a popsicle stick and it should only drip once or twice . that should solve your problem . best wishes and good luck **Q: these opaque paints can be used to airbrush on cars** A: They can be sprayed on metal, so they can be used on a car. But you'll need to buff down and primer the paint that's already on the car, to give the paint so "tooth" to hold onto. Then you'll need to put on a polyurethane clear coat, afterward, to seal and protect the paint. Those are the basics of what I know about painting on cars. I've never done it. But I have sprayed a lot of license plates, over the years, and it's basically the same thing. A company in L.A. called Coast Airbrush, can help you further.
