Company sent us a full replacemt without asking for a return (which is nice for extra parts/cords) they have been nice and respectful with the process. My daughter loves the game. It doesn't connect well and easy to a TV but is good otherwise. (Follow directions turn off both tv and game while connecting plug if you don't the screen will not go on TV this is explained in directions which unfortunately my son didn't read as he told me it didn't work. ### ⭐ Died after one day. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 25, 2019* Only one day after opening and using, the screen has gone completely black. There is a spot to put AAA batteries but they aren’t wired, so the only option is to replace with another lithium battery which costs way more money than I want to spend on something I just got. Buying 10 at one time , we needed something reasonably priced, but also wanted good quality. 6 months later, they are still a big hit.
