I figured "guess I'll just glue it". Upon completely removing the item, I noticed it was completely split AND hanging freely. I was bummed! After contacting the seller, I was told in order to receive a refund or fixed hanger, I would have to return it in the original box or pay for the shipping myself, to return the item. This is/was completely unacceptable. As a Prime member and almost daily purchaser, I did not feel this was acceptable. I still have yet to hear an alternative option from the seller or Amazon.
