**Q: What are the ingredients added to the malt powder?**
A: According to the label the ingredients are:  King Arthur Unbleached Enriched Flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, educed iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour, cane sugar.

**Q: Can product be added to king arthur bread flour to make malted bread flour?**
A: Diastatic bread powder is specifically made for breads.  But it does not make your bread 'malted'.  Enriched the bread and texture

**Q: What is the shelf life and does it need to be refrigerated after opening?**
A: Not sure about the shelf life.  Mine expires in April, 2020, but I have had it for some time.

No refrigeration.  Just keep in cool, dry place.

**Q: Why not buy from Kinh Arthur for $6.95?**
A: This is the king Arthur’s Flour  store. They  have it on Amazon but they don’t have it on the King Arthur website. And it’s twice as much here. Makes me kind of mad.
