These things work as advertised. Put a full mag in each, turned them upside down and shook them to hell. They won't fall out unless you're doing some EXTREME upside down danglin'. The only weak part I can think of is the rubber, but I don't expect that to be an issue anytime soon. Worst case I'll put ranger bands on them if they do give way down the road. However, there was virtually no retention. No matter where I placed the bands. I think they'd work alright for holding magazines in the traditional vertical position. However, I would like to run my magazines inverted. I think these may be more appropriate for an airsoft type use as I think the limited retention they did have would be sufficient for those lightweight plastic magazines. ### ⭐ Feels like Junk Compared to the M4 w/ Dual Pistol Mag *by B***X on Reviewed in the United States on July 30, 2020* Odered the double M4 pouch and it feels like cheap junk compared to the single m4 w/double pistol mag pouch that i ordered from the same seller. The double M4 pouch feels softer and more likely to break than the other that i ordered along with the straps feeling way to thin and more like a rubber band. This is odd considering that both are supposed to be same brand and seller. They are also both slightly off on color.
