A: I ordered this item on June 20th but as yet it has not been delivered.

A: I am still waiting on the order or my money back!

A: Couldn't say for sure just went down through the list of MacAllister and ours was listed so it was a great match

**Q: does it fit the gt2862 qualcast**
A: Sorry can't help my strimmer is MacAllister and it works perfectly in it. Honestly at that price I would have chanced it anyway

Item bought as replacement for worn out cover. MacAllister might like to consider selling just the cover as a replacement/spare part. Unusual for a spool to need replacing but the cover wears out very quickly if strimming around or near hard surfaces.
