This is a good overview of community college finance from the perspective of the leaders of the organization. Community Colleges are at a unique point in history now. There is a greater emphasis on technical education, something community colleges do well, But there are also issues facing community colleges that are unique to them; variable funding, enrollment that fluctuates and low degree completion. This book takes those challenges and discusses how to make your community college right for the future. Easy to read, and accessible even to those who do not have backgrounds in finance.
