However, this is important since my experiences with dresses like this one "ride up" as I walk. It's bad enough how short this dress is but it isn't the best idea if it rides up. I walked from my bedroom door to the mirror and the dress was right under my butt. It's uncomfortable. My husband likes it though. I Am going to order the longer version to this dress. Please look at the different Tom dresses that Amazon sell carefully, they may all look alike but there are big differences. The dress fits my body type fine, but it was a bit tight. That sounds weird, because it naturally looks like a tight dress, but I do have dresses like this one that still allows me to breathe. Order one size up. Shop around before buying this one. Example I am 5 foot two and weigh 112 pounds. I started by ordering a small which I wound up giving to my sons girlfriend because it was too small. Then I ordered a medium and it was also very small. So when the large size came it fit.
