Biggest problem was the bolt pattern was wrong and I had to drill new holes, then the existing bolts were too short and had to be replaced. I figured out my accord was japanese built by checking the VIN number. This was a perfect fit. The nuts are not included, but got them for $.50 cents at my hardware store. I didn't need the passengers side mirror but bought it so that they could both match, but right side mirror has controls inverted, so that when you put the mirror up it goes down, and when you put the mirror down, it goes up.
