Review: WORTHLESS, WARRANTY IS A JOKE - NEVER BUY THIS WORTHLESS PIECE OF GARBAGE!! My 7 year old son wanted this for Christmas, so I ordered it from desertcart. He was very excited. We followed the instructions explicitly to the letter in filling it up to the exact size per the included measurement guide. He started playing with it, indoors, with his 9 year old brother. Well, within 10 minutes of playing with it, it POPPED. They said they were throwing, bouncing, kicking it, etc, nothing sharp. They were rolling around with it and laying on it when it actually happened. Nothing against the "recommended use" included in the instructions. So, per the instructions for the warranty, I cut out the circle around the valve area and stuffed it into that undersized envelope they include - it does not fit well by the way, and included the check for $7 (20% of the purchase price - not insignificant), put a stamp on it, and sent it. Then we waited, and waited, and waited... Over 3 MONTHS later, the envelope was returned from the post office because "It is too rigid and thick, and the envelope is not prepared according to code so it does not fit the machines, and requires additional postage!" NONE of this was specified on the instructions. So I covered the envelope in over $2 in stamps (more $$!), and sent it off again. Then about 3 weeks later, the check was cashed and a "new" wubble bubble ball arrived yesterday. I inflated it, and it was clear that this was a second-hand job pieced together from parts of other defective balls - the circle around valve was clearly glued on (poorly) with some kind of rubber cement. I did not inflate it all the way this time, as I thought it would be less likely to pop. Well, my son brought it to me this morning and it is nearly deflated. It did not pop, it is just defective and leaks, likely around the poor seal from the circle around the valve. What an absolute waste!! The will not get ANOTHER $7 out of me this time.
