The only thing I’ve found that’s not good is the end of the pot cup has a mouthfeel of pokey fine hairs; however I discovered if I don’t aggressively stir or squeeze the leaves and JUST let them sit and steep, it is greatly reduced. Not a big enough issue for me personally to reduce the rating since it’s a plant issue and not the producer/seller issue. I’m going to use the mullein to make a tincture, steam, and smudge as well! I love that it’s natural and organic and wildcrafted because I am a forager and beginning level wildcrafter myself (just don’t have a lot of mullein around my home)! They all say "cut & SIFTED" but all the others I tried are FILLED with sticks, stems, even small stones. In some cases nearly half the product was waste that should have been sifted out but was not. Starwest Botanicals mullein leaf is just the leaves.
