I personally haven't used it consecutively in order to say if it does smooth out bumpy rough skin, especially on the legs, but you personally feel your legs are smoother unless you touch. I personally hate feeling cream on my hands so I wash straight away after applying, but it takes 2 washes to feel that it actually came off and definitely need soap for that. It's a thick rich cream and doesn't absorb in the skin quick at all.
