It isn’t. I put a slice of frozen pizza on it and could not remove it until I hacked at it with a knife and that only removed part of it. The rest had to be soaked off. The pan is sturdy, I will give it that. And as far as a crispy crust, great. Now the bad, as far as ease of cleaning, on a scale of 1-10, I give it a big far ZERO. I reheated 2 slices of pizza and the cheese ran a little bit, took me forever to get it clean. I cleaned off as much as I could while the pan was still hot, waited for it to cool and then soaked it for 30 minutes. Getting the cheese off, especially out of the holes was a nightmare! Took me forever.
