Especially for the price!!! Raises and lowers easily enough (paper that came with the desk said it will get easier). Big enough to hold everything I need. Super sturdy! The frame is metal, the top is wooden with a finish that will "stain" with lotioned hands. The only down side is that since it doesn't have a separate area for the keyboard, it has to sit on the desk. When in its lowest position, the desk sits maybe 2" or so off the original desk, making it less comfortable for my wrists. Which takes away from the ergonomic-ness. Something to consider is the version with the keyboard cut out that week sit all the way down on the original desk. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Does not move up and down easily, very heavy *by M***S on Reviewed in the United States on October 16, 2017* Great concept but not working quite as advertized.1) when activating the handle to pull it up to standing height requires quite a pull. It doesn’t start easily. Hurts my back to get it to come up as it’s quite heavy. Once the first 6 or so inches are negotiated then I feel the the rest of the way is easy, and it’s simple to adjust the height to suit. But I grit my teeth to get it started. It’s as if there’s no support the first 6 inches.2) same issue on the way down. When I grasp the handle to set it back to desk height it moves easily. But the last 6 inches requires me to support the weight of the table and the two computer moniters otherwise it will smash down. Having to support the table Is very difficult and defeats the purpose of the table.I enjoy alternating sitting and standing for work but these two issues make my back problem worse, not better. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great after resolving minor snag *by T***2 on Reviewed in the United States on April 6, 2020* Really like this product. It gets four stars because when it first arrived we couldn’t get it to open. We tried giving a little shake and we tried giving it a little pull, but no success. My 22–YO son was able to get it to open, because he was strong enough to hold it up at an angle while he pressed the button, which seemed to release whatever got stuck. Now, it works like a dream. Pull the button, and it gently rises up; pull again to push it back down.
