I was given a huge watercolor that I knew would be incredibly expensive to frame at a frame shop, as it was so big (3ft by 4ft).  We purchased this frame for it instead, and it was definitely a good price.  It was a huge pain to put together (smaller snap frames seem like they would be easier), as the backing kept popping out, the corners kept not fitting together, etc.  At the end of the day, the watercolor is popping out of the bottom, and the plastic covering is popping out of the bottom and bowing out as well.  The art kept falling, so we had to snap it in very high on top, creating this issue on the bottom (although the size of the piece was 36 in by 48 in).  Perhaps the frame would work better with a legitimate poster, rather than another kind of artwork.
