This product keeps my face pretty clear. I use a toner though and I think that helps a lot. **Q: do we use water , like to wash my face** A: I do.... I wash my face normally, in the shower. **Q: Is this product biodegradable** A: I presume you’re talking about the container. It can be recycled through terra cycle. It is not biodegradable. **Q: I hate the cooling/cold feeling in my face washes (like with menthol). Which cleanser does *not* do this?** A: Thanks for asking about this.
