It fits true to size. I am 112lbs, 5'3, and usually wear a Small and a 34C, and I got the S/M. Before purchasing I was more inbetween than usual because in the size chart, 34C is listed under both sizes. Since I usually wear a small i went with that, so if you're also 34C and inbetween, I'd go with whichever size you normally wear in clothes.The only downside is the lace feels itchy and uncomfortable sometimes. If you are really sensitive to certain materials or have super sensitive skin I would avoid buying this. Now, I wasn't upset about this in the least, three days as opposed to two days wasn't going to be an issue, but the manufacturer personally emailed Amazon on my behalf and apologized, and got them to offer me a FREE month of Prime because of their inability to fulfill that two-day benchmark. This is above and beyond for customer service, and I am so grateful that they were able to do that for me. Now I have my bralette, which is pretty great for the record, but I also have a free month of Prime (which is worth more than the bra cost).
