I am using them inside but I do plan to put a sealer on them, as suggested by the manufacturer, and will use them outside if needed. They came all assembled. I don't want a coffee table in my living room. These tables fit the bill---I use one or two of them when entertaining and then just fold them and put them in the closet. They fold up very easily. The color is great for my décor. They are a good height. They are just great. People visiting me have also commented on how 'cute' they are. I highly suggest them if you want a nice table, inexpensive, durable, easy to handle and fold, and fits in anywhere. Great little table.!!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect!!! Surely that would have been done in manufacture for outside furniture ! Very silly. However, it is a well-designed table and the color is beautiful.
