**Q: Is it oily?**
A: no, its not

**Q: Is it for gel polish?**
A: I’ve used this on both regular and gel polishes and the results are similar - it helped the polish dry faster.  I really like this product.

**Q: Is this good for nail foil?**
A: This product dries and hardens nail polish.  Not sure how you are using the foil.

**Q: Can this be recycled when empty?**
A: It's a glass bottle so I guess it can be recycled.  Not positive though. It's a great product.
