I guess the short answer to your question is yes, washing your hands in warm water several times a day will loosen them faster which stands to reason since they are removed by soaking your hands in almost hot water for 5min. but they'll never just pop off, theyll just gradually get looser and youll need to either soak them off or slide them off your real nail when theyre really ready to come off. These tabs are so easy to use and are much better for your nails than nail glue. I was tired of spending time and money in a salon to have jell nails put on and maintained. Once you start, it is hard to maintain them, and when you want to return to natural nails, your nails are thin and damaged. Now, I can change my nails any time I want with a fraction of the time and price. The pads are relatively easy to put on, and my nails will last at least 2 weeks. I especially love how quick and easy they are to remove; gently push the nail up and off, scrape the soft gel from your nail bed, and viola, done! I carry some in my bag in case one pops off; I can quickly scrape it clean and put on another tab, and within a few minutes, my nail is back on. Because it does not harm the press on nails, you can clean and use them again. I store my "reusable" nails in weekly pill boxes. I have one complaint: the plastic cover on the gel is clear, and it is hard to see if you pulled all of it off, hence the four stars. If the cover had a tint, you could tell if a piece remains on.
