While the high level setting did not get a “very hot” temperature, the heating pad provided relief to my neck/shoulders. Of course now the heating pad no longer heats up and the high setting blinks continuously! I tried unplugging and restarting to no avail.Guess I’ll have to trash this product but at least SanaWell got paid! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Good Quality *by L***B on Reviewed in the United States on January 6, 2020* Very good quality. Soft plush material is comfortable, forms to neck and shoulders and has a nice magnetic clasp in front to hold it in place.
