Crashed 5 times on STOP code before I figured it out. Product works, no time for tech support, so far so good. Not a machine to use for anything else but kids, VERY limited, my purpose is a Ghost Server in a building. Can't seem to get VGA port to work.Original Post: Booted up great. Used it to finish setup. Changed name of computer. Rebooted to find an infinite loading circle for 24hrs. Decided to repair PC using Windows.• Something is off about this product. Boot logo seems to be hiding additional info on what's going on. Repair Install does not show %. (Weird)Going to disect this a bit further before sending it back.• Props to the other negative reviews. I rolled the dice on this one and lost.• Experienced tech savvy one here and votes a NO for others to purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Faster than the 4GB DDR3 64GB eMMC (OS -Small Footprint) *by C***R on Reviewed in the United States on August 25, 2019* Fanless Mini PC 2GB DDR3/32GB eMMC Intel x5-Z8350 Mini Desktop Computer Windows 10 Pro HD Graphics.Only uses about 14GB for OS on C-Drive. Boots instantly. Excellent as Terminal using "TrueRemote"As a Media Server -(this device w/ Win10 vs regular desktop w/ Win7)I have over 8TB of MP4 media files (Movies, TV Shows and recorded media from TV and Web) and several DLNA players/receivers. While Win7 has "PlayTo device" WMPDMC.exe*32, <02% CPU (each instance)-- Win10 has "Cast To Device" WMPDMC.exe ~50% CPU. Both WMPDMC Server apps look the same and you can Rearrange/Remove/Add media files to their displayed lists. I can add entire TV Series shuffled via Media-player playlists or entire folders with sub folders (sorted alphabetically) (sometimes more than 300 titles) I can queue up just as many 2-3 hour movies to play on my main TV or other DLNA players on my network. ( Fire TV devices via Twonky and BLU-RAY players.). While Win7 "PlayTo" menu shows the list of available DLNA receivers on the network-(Blue-Ray players, Fire TV devices with "Twonky" installed), The Win10 "Cast To Device" menu shows twice as many devices including a ROKU TV stick. However when I attempt to cast to the Fire TV Stick device instead of the "Twonky" receiver, it requires interaction/intervention like entering a PIN. On Win7 when I setup a list of media files to "PlayTo", the Media-Server plays every title consecutively and repeats the list if repeat is on.On Win10. the Media-Server will play the first Item or selected item and then upon completion, it waits until you select another title. I prefer the Win7 Media-Server as I can set it and forget it and it will play for days or even months without any intervention, thus like setting up my own personal commercial free TV or Movie channel. The Win10 Media-Player (v12)comes with the AAC and AC3 audio codecs, While the Win7 Media-Player (v11) will play both AAC and AC3 audio it does not recognize the AC3 audio codec out of the box. There may be some settings to tweak. Will update as I discover them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Update to my review: I guess I need to learn Chinese *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United States on December 18, 2019* Updated to my previous review:The seller contacted me and apologized for all the trouble and offered me a discount or upgrade to a better machine. I opted for the upgrade. It arrived very quickly and installed straight to US English. The whole process took about 5 minutes and the new machine is fantastic for my purposes. So I am now giving 5 Stars for the product and another 5 Stars for customer service!I bought this as a CNC controller; I went to install Windows and selected US English. It said One Moment Please after about 2 minutes it said "Something went wrong" and offered me 2 buttons in Chinese. I took my best guess and it installed everything in Chinese. I worked with the Chinese screens and Icons and a familiarity with Windows 10 and was able change it in settings to US English language and it came up partly in English but mostly in Chinese. I contacted the seller who asked for a picture, however Amazon would not upload the picture in messages. The seller sent me an email address to send the picture to. The email bounced back 3 times. I contacted Amazon "Expert" for a faster refund. After not understanding anything I was saying. The expert offered to send me screen shots with the translations for a system restore. The screen shots never arrived.I decided to use system restore screen shots from Google and see where I could get. This was not working well and so finally I grabbed a US Version of Windows 10 ISO and stuck it into the SD Slot and forced a recovery from there. It screamed something in Chinese and rebooted like 9 times and then came up with more English than Chinese. It was enough English to get it running with mostly English (after a few more Chinese Nasty Grams)Right now it is mostly English with very little Chinese but at least it is usable.
