(Honeywell V843F).The valve motor has a reduction gear and a spring that get sticky over time - keeping it from returning to a neutral position and closing the valve.The motor is only held on with one screw. Just unscrew it and twist clockwise to remove. Installation is just the reverse. Electrical connection was easy. Just cut out the wires for the old motor - strip them and connect the new motor. They even include two wire nuts to complete the repair.Awesome product. After looking at my other zone valves, it appears the yellow and orange wires were swapped on the motor.
