The frame is partially shattered, but the shards were not in the package, so I believe it to be a quality control issue. There was also a sticky substance along the bottom of the broken frame.Two stars because I like the shape and the other three are useable, though they still look a bit off from close up. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decorative, can't hold fabric *by A***. on Reviewed in the United States on January 22, 2021* These look great for a finished piece, but please note they will not hold fabric as a non-flexible hoop would because of the angles of the rectangle. This product doesn’t secure fabric at all. The rubber piece is difficult to wrap around the plastic frame and once you are lucky enough to get the rubber piece on, it is not secure and fabric comes loose very easily.
