Their customer service has been great. I want to start by saying this product arrived quickly, assembled easily and seems to be of good quality. However, it is much smaller than the pictures made it seem. Yes, it's my fault for not reading the dimensions, but I feel like it's not conveyed strongly enough that this is not your average sized table. It seems sturdy and was easy to put together by myself. I have it on an enclosed deck, so it is not exposed to the elements, but it seems like it would do fine outside. The only thing keeping me from giving it five stars is that the suction cups that are meant to hold the glass top in a place do not grip the glass. One of the cups was bent during shipping so that it may have something to do with it (although none of the cups are sticking).Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.
