It turned out that i was delayed too many times so he did the installation himself including removing the original valve seats using a 4 sided, tapered screw removal tool. He said he was stuck and worried he did something wrong.... Well, He didn't do anything wrong. All that was left was to add the threaded trim installation shafts and put the trim on. Looks and works great. Very well done. NOTE: NO tool included to remove the seats. That is noted sort of in the documentation. I would be glad to pay a $1.50 to have everything needed. All of our products come straight from our warehouse and not used in any way. They are then shipped to all of our consumers. The set I bought, is for a Price Pfister 3 way diverter with verve trim, that has been around for at least 50 years. Danco is a plumbing parts supplier and I'm not sure of Gerber's part. The part's set I bought fit's perfectly. The brass valve stems usually last indefinitely and finding the right washers, packing and O-Rings will work.
