Product Description Over time, grease, soap, food, and other materials cling to the inside of your drain pipes. These accumulate to slow down and constrict the flow in your drainage system and create odors. Our Instant Power Bio Enzyme Commercial Drain Cleaner is used for the treatment and maintenance of restaurant kitchens, restrooms, and grease traps and frees them from drain clogs. Our drainage cleaner contains beneficial bacteria that digest fats, oils, and greases (FOG) along with other organic waste that accumulates in these drains. Regular use of Instant Power's drain clog remover keeps drain lines free-flowing and significantly reduces the cost of frequent grease trap pumping. From the Manufacturer Instant Power Commercial Drain Cleaner is used for the treatment and maintenance of drains and grease traps. Use in restaurants, businesses, apartment complexes, and homes. Review: This stuff actually works! - The tub has been slow to drain recently, so I went looking for an Enzymatic product that was easy to use and I think I've found one. Within 3 days we've noticed that the tub is draining much better (i.e. visibly draining faster, we can now hear it "gurgling" which I think indicates the water is draining faster, and we now get that "whirlpool" down the drain. The trick is to READ the instructions, and that is to first dilute the mixture and pour it down the drain ( I didn't do the follow up of rinsing with warm water). I did this for 3 days (planning on 7 days of this). After this I think you can just pour a cup of this stuff down the drain. This is what I actually did, I used a 1 gallon bottle fillled it up with water, poured enough (I took a guess) of the enzymatic stuff (enough to see the water change from clear to slightly green/yellow) and poured that down the drain.... I didn't do a follow up of adding a rinse since I figure I have more than enough with the 1 gallon bottle. I did this for 3 days and plan on continueing till I run out of this bottle. I'm going to make this a twice a month routine to keep the drains clear. Make sure to read the instructions though... this worked for me.

This takes a while to work, but it does work. The first time I used it I waited 2 hours to flush the drain and it still ran a bit slow. So I treated again the next day and left it over night and that did the trick. I have had issues with the bathroom sink since I moved into this house, and I have tried many drain cleaners over the last 2 years and a specialized plunger for small drains and yet was unable to fully clear the drain. I thought I would give this a try before calling a plumber. This seems to have done the trick, things are running as they should at this point.
