It reminds me how much water i drank during the day. I got mine at a great price! It was half off when i bought it but it's still worth the full price if you ask me. It is not a hard type of plastic but it has held up really well for me. I dropped mine a few times but not from high levels and it did not damage my bottle at all. I think it is well worth it because it really does help me drink more water and reminds me how much water i drank during the day. Sometimes i only had two cups of water in one day! If i didn't have this bottle i would not be paying attention to how much water i drink! I just fill it up once per day and add ice when needed.
