It looks like a VHS tape which was played and then filmed from the an old tube TV. Terrible quality xerox or thermal copies are held up by the fingers. Video clips are barely recognizable. Awful, computer sounding narrator. The only saving grace that kept me watching was the curator of the Tesla Museum demonstrating many of his inventions. This was a nice discussion I haven't seen anywhere, but you have to endure this otherwise terrible film to see it. Surely this information is presented elsewhere. If not, just read a book about Tesla, an extraordinary man.
