I believe I wrote one to quick without really being able to enjoy my pillow. I have minimal cervical spine arthritis. Sometimes the pain can be so painful even to sleep.My last review was not accurate on the star rating. I love this pillow SO much I ended up keeping it. It has helped with my arthritis in my neck. Making it a more enjoyable night sleep. Before typing up the review I didn’t know if I was dealing with a pinched nerve. Or something else, but having an MRI done they had a closer look what looked to be arthritis. Now that’s chronic pain but with this pillow it really reduces the inflammation. Making it a more enjoyable night sleep. Thank you so much for this pillow. I will be ordering another one soon. Because of the unique pillow contours and height, I do find myself waking up and realigning my head and neck, particularly when I've changed sleep position.
