We bought the 3-6mo size for a trip through Arizona and recently bought another 12-18 mo size for a trip to Phoenix this summer. I believe it is true to size for our baby girl. 10 months old and 20lbs. I like that it has a hood & long sleeves, is breathable, has no smell, and is a onesie. It'd be great if the the washing instructions allowed regular instead of air drying (one more thing to think about). Either way, I wish more products were available like this.
