I loved how smooth and flawless this frame was. I used white wood stain, adhered duck canvas with a phrase on it as a welcome sign for an entry way.

Very nice canvas to paint on.  I use oil paints, so I covered it with Gesso before painting to improve the colors and the longevity of the painting.
