**Q: Is the bag so big? Because I need to put in a suitcase**
A: The bag is not very big.  It should not take up too much space.

A: For Adults: I've had more effective ones, it doesn't pull you back too much. If you're just looking for a cheap one to do lighter training with I recommend it.

**Q: Is this one or the larger one better to use to get faster?**
A: My son likes the larger one. His tore so I have to replace it and he asked for 2 to wear at the same time. He plays football, basketball and he runs track. This is a big help.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality training aid

We picked up a pair of these chutes for our 10u youth baseball travel team and while they show an adult male running with the chute on in the product photo, I'd say that these are really geared more for youth players. I put one on myself and as an adult, I didn't feel much resistance, but the players certainly did. I'd also recommend running into the wind. They are very efficient in that direction. Less efficient with the wind at your back. Once you've used it a few times and figure it out a little bit, it is quite useful. The quality seems good and the whole team has used them at multiple practices now without issue. Seems like a great training aid so far.

Feels like a thicker trash bag, you're better off just using a couple of those at home. I got this to try out and it does hold you back a bit but I would recommend spending a couple extra bucks on a better one.
