Removed all the 25 year old indoor lock sets. The first replacement took about 20 minutes ( part of the learning process). Then the others took about 10 minutes each to remove old and install new. The new sets even include a matching strike plate. Of the 10 purchased one was bad, it would not unlock. Contacted Amazon they issued a credit to our account for the value of the defective unit, without a hassle. These look great and are very sturdy.
