I wanted to be able to lay forward on the tray on the plane and have a place for my arms under the pillow. I tried this pillow out immediately, I was so excited to get it in the mail. I was sitting at my desk and put my arms in the holes and as soon as my head made contact I had instant regrets. I tried every position I could think of and I still hate it. 0 neck support, 0 comfort. Quality soft pillow cover and thick quality memory foam, horrendous design. I dont feel the support insert, but my boyfriend does. He said it feels like memory foam covered plywood. I just hate that the U isn't sharp enough. I wanted a small support pillow like a mini version of my cool gel memory foam contour pillow I have on my bed. This is NOT that. I just re watched the video if the couple that is tied to this product, the guy keeps lifting and sitting his head back down for a reason.
