So I went with the ones that appealed to me most aesthetically. I really liked the colors, and I liked the font. I also like that the resistance level is written on each band along with a star rating to identify that resistance level. The storage pouch was a nice bonus. The only cons are that the extra light level pink and the light level pink are almost the same shade of pink, so it’s hard to tell them apart. Also, although the bands did not come with any particular chemical odors, which I really appreciated, the little travel pouch had a little bit of synthetic odor to it when it arrived. After putting it in front of an air cleaning machine, for half an hour or so, that odor was gone. I would give it 4.5 stars. But since I can’t give a half star additional rating, I have to just give it four stars. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great for beginners *by H***V on Reviewed in the United States on January 27, 2021* The product info can be a little confusing as it lists rubber as material and later describes it to be latex. the packaging for the actual product says it is latex, just to clear that up. Over all the product is good, best for beginners, if you are looking for high resistance I wouldn't say this is the product for you. But it is great to add some some resistance to your exercise and might not see like a lot at first but as your workout progresses you will definitely feel it. The bands are wide enough to use on my legs, I'm 5'1 and weigh about 160 pounds, if you are really tall or heavy you will likely need a little more room. the product ships pretty fast and I don't have prime, so that is a plus, and the colour coding with the labels printed on each band helps alot to remember which one is which and keep track of your progress. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Works as intended *by H***Y on Reviewed in the United States on July 27, 2021* My hubby and I are in our 60's, both with bad backs & knees. We use an elliptical and light weights for exercise to stay mobile. We decided to give these bands a try for more exercise. We are starting out on the lighter bands and plan to work up to the stronger ones. So far they seem to work as intended. They are easy to use, seem durable and long lasting. While sitting and watching TV we use them for several exercises. Neither of us can get up off the floor very easy, so some of the exercises will be done on the bed. It's nice to know we have choices and can still use our own strength with these bands.
