Well worth the money. The only downside, other than that you have to use some caution not to tip over, is that it has a hard plastic seat that can be painful after a while.Strongly recommend buying a seat cushion along with this - we got the Vive Knee Walker Pad Cover, a foam and faux sheepskin cover that's a good fit for this knee walker, inexpensive, well made and very comfortable.We found the scooter easy to put together, without needing instructions, and easy to use, though the narrow profile that makes knee scooters maneuverable also makes them tippy if you don't slow down and pay attention to what you're doing. The turn radius isn't that sharp, so be prepared to do a bit of backing up and maneuvering.Still, so much easier on our ageing bodies than crutches, and so much more maneuverable than a wheelchair - don't know what we would have done without it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Just what was needed *by E***. on Reviewed in the United States on September 11, 2019* I purchased this knee scooter due to occasional gout attacks that occur in my right or left big toe. It was simple to assemble, fairly lightweight and sturdy. The handlebars fold forward easily by flipping the securing switch up then pushing the the bolt to the left. I have no problems scooting around the house transitioning from tile to area rugs to carpet. The basket is perfect and the main reason for selecting this scooter. The only discrepancy in the description is my scooter is blue, which I prefer anyway. I should have purchased this scooter a long time ago. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars A few things I dislike but an overall decent bike *by S***A on Reviewed in the United States on October 17, 2019* The scooter was very simple to assemble and adjust to my height. I was pleasantly surprised to open the box & find a blue scooter. I say surprised because I ordered black but had literally just complained to someone there were no good colors to choose from so black was the default. I like the dark blue I received much better. The scooter maneuvers very easily. The dual hand brakes are fantastic bc sometimes I have to carry something in 1 hand & steer/brake with the other. I also HIGHLY recommend getting a scooter with a basket. The basket on this has been so helpful.There are a few things I dislike. The knee pad is shaped well but the padding is pretty hard and the fabric covering is hard too. After 1 day of using the scooter, my shin felt bruised and sore. You can buy knee pads, but I found putting a soft folded towel on the seat under my leg seemed to fix the problem. The paint on the scooter chips off easily. When I slid the basket onto the 2 prongs that hold it, it immediately scraped a bunch of the paint off the prongs. My other big gripe is transporting it. This scooter is too tall to fit easily in my car's backseat. The handlebars fold forward so you can turn the scooter upside on its seat but you have to take the basket off to do that. I was able to rearrange my trunk to fit the scooter so I found a solution, but it would've been better to have the handlebars hinge the other way.Other people have mentioned the scooter hitting bumps or cracks in sidewalk, spots where the floor changes from carpet to wood, or in my case large acorns, which cause the scooter to pop up or bounce & lean causing people to lose balance or fall down. I have had this experience but that doesn't happen with just this scooter. That's going to happen with any knee scooter unless you get one designed to go "off-road". It does have a few flaws, but if you aren't needing it for a long period of time, it's a pretty good knee scooter.Update: Now that I've used the scooter for 1 month, I have discovered things I never would've thought of. The vibrations from rolling over sidewalk cracks & dips & dividers, etc caused 2 of the bolts holding the knee pad in place to wiggle out. I had to go buy 2 new screws from Home Depot. I suggest checking your screws for looseness regularly. I've also found the metal basket vibrates against the metal prongs holding it and squeaks incessantly like nails on a chalkboard if the basket is empty. I suggest wrapping the prongs in electrical tape, duct tape, fabric tape, etc or something to keep the metal from touching. I'm sure these issues are not limited to only this scooter.
