For size it fits perfectly. I am 5'2 120lbs and I got a medium. I can fully lace it so no skin shows in the back. Do not go by bust size. It does not matter for an underbust corset. My natural waist is a 27" (NO SUCKING IN!, measure at the smallest part of your waist). Do not go by Amazon's size chart here is how you would order this type of corset: Natural waist of 24-26 Small, 26-28 Medium, 28-30 Large, 30-32 XL. I would not wear this under a blouse at work for support, the boning shows through. It is perfect to go out to the club with a peasant or tank top underneath, or maybe for an evening with hubby. Also the blue is not the same at all, it is more teal (which I love). There is no modesty panel but what do you expect for $20?
