For a moment, I thought I was a professional artist when I began covering my canvas. So smooth and opaque, not creamy, a tad denser. My search is over for the Titanium White that actually covers without 5 coats! Liquitex has proven, after purchasing 3 different products for my art, to be consistent and affordable. I began my “hobby” by just buying anything on clearance at my local stores. Not anymore, I do my research and read all the reviews before I spend a little more than intended. I tossed this particular product around for months before I decided to purchase it. I am sold for life! I was quickly running out of a “thick” titanium white by another brand I thought to be good brand. But realized Thick doesn’t necessarily mean opaque! Cannot wait to try other colors!

**Q: Is this safe for my dogs paw print painting?**
A: If you don't let him/her lick it -- so yes, paw painting, but wash it off before it gets in the mouth!

**Q: Will this Liquitex Basics Acrylic Paint Titanium White work well on the ceramic Christmas trees that Amazon sells?**
A: Yes. I generally paint paint on canvas but have painted ceramic with it too.

**Q: Is this product is also used for the nails? ...for nail art?**
A: I used to do elaborate decorative painting on my fingernails with acrylic paint. It works great. You can do some really cool things with it that you can't do with nail polish. Just cover with a couple coats of clear nail polish (Crystal Alford).

**Q: How many square feet of wood will this paint?**
A: depends if you prime the wood with a latex based paint first. i paint on wood. wood absorbs a lot of water and swells so uses a lot of pain... the solution is to prime the wood with some latex primer you can get at your hardware store. a thin layer keeps the texture of the wood while sealing the wood so you can pain with acrylics. i like to keep the wood texture but prime it so that i can paint as if it were a non pourous surface. 

that's what i'd advise... prime with latex paint, then paint with acrylic thinning to no more than 30% water. which is what acrylic is meant to work as...
