A: It will not affect the wood. If crawl space is air tight it may help to eliminate odors, if its wide open and has big gaps it may mot generate enough ozone....

A: They will replace the plates in it one time. You have to leave the room because it depletes the oxygen in the room- all living things have to be out of the room, including plants. If you are trying to remove unwanted odors- pet smells,smoke, skunk- it works great!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This thing really pumps out the Ozone

Got this to remove the stink from a newly purchased piece of Ethan Allen furniture. Didn't notice the cigarette smell in the thrift store due to the double Covid masks that I was wearing. Have done a few treatments on this piece and it's 90% better. I already have it in the office with some stuff on it, but I bet I could get all of the stink out of it quickly if I built a tent in the backyard and put this unit in it overnight. This thing reaaaaaaaly pumps it out, so I'm not comfortable having it on for long stints in a room that's not totally airtight. Yes, this is a good purchase.
