I loved them but 2 pairs fell apart to the point where I now hand wash the last of the 3 pairs. I've been searching on line and came across these and as Amazon.com showed only a size 7 available I contacted BR. Lo & behold they got back to me the next day saying they found more and were sending them to Amazon; they even went out of their way to inform me when Amazon actually got them! Their customer service is awesome - which is nice to know as in these days it's a rarity. The slippers aren't exactly the same but very close to it, very comfortable; of course there is no arch support but I only wear them in the house and didn't expect that, esp for the price. When I ordered them, the X-Large said fits 9-10. I can't wear a size 9, so I ordered the next size up, the XX-Large. I usually wear at 6.5 or a 7 in woman. I got these in a medium which states it should fit 7.5 to an 8. Not true at all because then they would be big on me which they are not. They fit my feet just perfect enough to cover my feet but from toe to heal, with not enough space left.
