No more dumbbell rolling in your hand or bar digging into the palm, they give a nice surface to press on.The grips slip to the sides of the bar when used with on a barbell though, especially with a wide-ish bench press grip.I might buy 2 pairs or 28 mm barbell clamps to remedy this issue, but I think it would be cool to have something similar integrated on the product, as a barbell specific version.
