A: push the sim card in. it should then pop out slightly. if you cant get a grip of it try using tweezers

A: Yes, it's a tracker watch, it need to download the app setracker or setracker2.
If you like to get the game watch, You can search this one 'B07XYV32TH' ,'B07WNW7BLK' , it only works on 2g and not app needed.
