It’s not super thick but it is easy to cut and fold making it good for wrapping items. As with many of these rolls, the width is fairly short so not as good for bigger items. It is a plain light brown colour but could be decorated if you wanted to use it for presents. I got it to use for postage parcels and it works exactly as expected.
