### ⭐⭐ Corn Fiber= Spiked Blood Sugar

This ice cream cannot be true keto. A main ingredient is "soluble corn fiber." You can look this ingredient up and learn that 1) it is notorious for spiking blood sugar levels 2) it is highly processed and provides little health benefits. I honestly cannot believe the cost of this ice cream and they put a nasty, cheap to make ingredient like that in there. I would also caution people with diabetes to steer clear of this product.

I had two bites of the salted caramel and thought it was amazingly delicious, then 2 hours later I was having the most excruciating stomach pain I have ever had in my life! I will be taking it back to the store and getting my 5 dollars back.

Boston cream pie! Exactly like an ice cream version of it with the custardy vanilla and thick chocolate icing ribbons. I've never managed to replicate the textures of that dessert in low carb form, so I was surprised and happy to accidentally find something that hit all those notes. It's also such a delight to be able to have low carb ice cream I don't have to make myself. This most recent generation of ice creams have such a wonderfully creamy texture if they're allowed to soften properly.
