This one arrived on time in an undamaged package. It was solid, perfectly etched, and beautiful. It looked exactly like the image, except that the diameter of the outer circle was larger than we expected. The chain was cheap and began to lose its silver color and to turn coppery after a couple of weeks. It left green marks on my daughter's skin. After being worn for about two and a half months, the lid came unscrewed and the little heart that the ashes go into vanished forever.The tools that came with the necklace were cheap and not very helpful, although I did use the little shovel. I had to use a better funnel and pick from a different kit to get the ashes into the thin cylinder that goes straight down into the heart. The necklace is mainly solid.
